Once you purchase the package or service, you’ll receive a questionnaire designed to collect your specific details.
After you submit the questionnaire, we will conduct a follow-up call, and your New Heights Career Services’ resume will be delivered within seven to eight business days.
Yes, absolutely! According to our revision policy, we offer three rounds of complimentary edits and revisions within seven business days.

In general, our services are non-refundable. We don’t offer a refund on our services, like consultation, preparation of career documents, coaching, resume writing, and everything in between. These services take a lot of time and can’t be recouped.
